Qualtech Products Industry Melt Flow Index Tester is a professional Automatic Melt Flow Index Meter to instantly measure the flow of Thermosplastic Polymer Samples including Acrylic Samples, ABS Samples, Polypropyleneat, Polyolefins, Polystyrene, PolypropylenePolyethylene, Polyoxymethylen and Resin at the touch of a button.

The Melt Flow Index MFI measures the ease with which Thermoplastic Polymer Samples flow through a specified Capillary during the measured time span of ten minutes. The weight of the Thermoplastic Polymer Sample is measured in grams and flows through the specified Capillary under pressure induced by different gravimetric weights. The Melt Flow Index of Thermoplastic Polymer Samples is measured at different temperatures. The Melt Flow Index is expressed in g/10min and indicates the Molecular Weight and the inversely proportional Viscosity as well as the Molecular Weight Distribution of Theromplastic Polymer Samples.
