Product Description:

Qualtech Products Industry Electric Rotary Crockmeter for Leather & Upper Materials is a professional rotary abrasion test instrument to conveniently evaluate the Color Fastness and Staining of dyed and printed leather subjected to dry or wet rubbing (abrasion) at the touch of a button.

To perform a Colorfastness of Crocking of Leather Test an abrasion head of a specified shape, size and weight rotates and rubs against the surface of a leather sample for a specified number of circular abrasive cycles. The Colorfastness of Crocking of Leather Test can be completed dry or wet. The  amount of color transfer from the surface of a leather sample to a piece of test leather represents the color fastness performance of the sample.

This Electronic Rotary Leather Crockmeter is designed and engineered offering the newest microchip technology combined with a precision engineered abrasion head, a large LCD display with backlight for comfortable reading of test parameters under different light conditions, comfortable softtouch buttons, user-friendly programming, user-friendly sample handling, high precision and high repeatability.

This Automatic Crockmeter for Leather Testing evaluates the number of test cycles which can be completed until a leather sample shows noticeable signs of color transfer, staining or wear. The number of completed test cycles determines the Color Fastness and Staining of your leather sample and is conveniently presented on the integrated LCD display of the programmable precision counter or conveniently preset the number of rub abrasions to complete for the Electronic Rotary Crockmeter for leather testing to automatically complete the test.
