Qualtech Products Industry Universal Wear Abrasion Tester is a precision Automatic Stoll Quartermaster Abrasion Tester to evaluate the Abrasion Resistance and the Wear Resistance of a wide range of products including fabrics, textiles, membranes, leather, clothing, upholstery at the touch of a button. 

This professional Stoll Quartermaster Abrasion Tester combines a Flex Abrasion Head and an Inflatable Abrasion Head. 

The Stoll Quartermaster Test Method performs a Resistance to Abrasion Test suitable for a wide range of sample materials including fabrics, textiles, membranes, apparel, clothing, upholstery and many more. The specimen is mounted on the Sample Holder and is rubbed against an Abradant mounted on the Abrasion Head. The Stoll Quartermaster Wear Abrasion Tester includes two Abrasion Heads one Abrasion Head for flat substrates and Abrasion Head for flexible and uneven substrates.

The Abrasion Wear Test of Fabrics and Textiles is a very important quality standard and is affected by a wide range of factors including the size of the fibers, the mechanical performance of the fibers, the structure of the fibers, added additives and finishing materials, construction of the fibers and yarn and much more.
