Le Leeb Rebound Test Method relies on an Indenter with a specified Test Load and a specified Impact Energy. This Indenter impacts the sample surface with a specified Impact Force at the touch of a button. The Impact Velocity et le Rebound Velocity are measured during the Leeb Hardness Test which allows for the calculation of the Leeb Hardness:
