El V Cone Blender is an automatic Mezcladora de tambor to blend and mix Dry Powder Samples at low speed relying on the force of gravity to cascade the Dry Sample Powder inside the slowly rotating V Cone Mixing Vessel. El V Cone Tumble Blenders are the most efficient and fastest Blenders currently available. The distinguishing part of the V Twin Shell Blender es el Cone Shaped Mixing Vessel which consists of two adjacent cylindrical Stainless Steel Mixing Vessels which are connected at an angle between 70° - 100° varying with the selected model and mounted on trunnions connected to an electrical precision motor. The V Shaped Mixing Vessel encourages a continuous separation and unification of the Dry Powder Sample inside the V Cone Vessel during the rotation due to the design of the V Cone Mixing Container and the force of gravity induced by the slow rotation of the V Type Mixing Shell resulting in a recurring cascading and efficient mixing of the Dry Powder Sample. The mixing speed is continuously adjustable to ensure efficient and fast mixing results.
