Anti Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy
- Purpose
This policy sets out our commitment to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor in our business operations and supply chain. We support ethical labor practices and comply with all applicable laws relating to human rights and labor standards.

- Legal Compliance
We comply with all relevant national and international legislation relating to labor rights and human rights, including:
- Prohibitions on forced labor
- Prohibitions on child labor
- Anti‑trafficking laws
- Workplace safety and fair‑treatment regulations
- Employment Practices
Within our own operations:
- All employees work voluntarily and are free to leave employment with reasonable notice.
- We do not employ anyone under the legal minimum working age.
- We do not tolerate intimidation, coercion, or withholding of identity documents.
- Workers are treated with dignity and respect.
- Supply Chain Expectations
We expect our suppliers to:
- Comply with all applicable labor and human‑rights laws
- Avoid forced labor, child labor, and trafficking
- Provide safe working conditions
- Treat workers fairly and ethically
Suppliers must notify us immediately if they become aware of any violation related to modern slavery or trafficking.
- Risk Awareness & Due Diligence
While we do not operate in high‑risk sectors, we remain aware of potential risks in global supply chains.
We take reasonable steps to ensure our suppliers uphold ethical labor standards, including:
- Reviewing supplier information
- Requesting declarations or confirmations
- Maintaining open communication with suppliers
- Reporting Concerns
Employees, suppliers and partners are encouraged to report any concerns related to modern slavery or unethical labor practices. Reports will be handled confidentially and investigated appropriately.

We are committed to improving our understanding of modern‑slavery risks and strengthening our practices over time as our business grows.
