- Purpose

- Workplace safety and fair‑treatment regulations
- Employment Practices
Within our own operations:
- All employees work voluntarily and are free to leave employment with reasonable notice.
- We do not employ anyone under the legal minimum working age.
- We do not tolerate intimidation, coercion, or withholding of identity documents.
- Workers are treated with dignity and respect.
- Supply Chain Expectations

Suppliers must notify us immediately if they become aware of any violation related to modern slavery or trafficking.

While we do not operate in high‑risk sectors, we remain aware of potential risks in global supply chains.
We take reasonable steps to ensure our suppliers uphold ethical labor standards, including:
- Reviewing supplier information
- Requesting declarations or confirmations
- Maintaining open communication with suppliers
- Reporting Concerns
Employees, suppliers and partners are encouraged to report any concerns related to modern slavery or unethical labor practices. Reports will be handled confidentially and investigated appropriately.
